It's not that hard to do with a Dremel. Just grind down the interior socket in the helmet. Now, my advice is to only cut it down until the bottom of the nasal comes down halfway between the bottom of the eyes and the mouth. Now, if you keep going to lower the helmet even further (And why would I do that? Patience, we'll get there) the socket starts losing its grip and it loosens back up.
