Despite my initial negativity towards this line, I do look forward to it. It looks like there's some useful printed pieces in there, and even the fig is decent. I can already see it being used in some sort of Halloween MOC, and I'm sure other applications will emerge with that.

Thanks for posting!

I am loath to say it...but...this line might actually be some use. The way the fig was mad is quite interesting. Good source for plain yellow torsos and stubby legs! The 1x2 pillow is awesome.

Although the Batman line is looking better and better to me, I am still a skeptic when it comes to Spongebob and his friends... that's not to say that there won't be a piece or two that will seem appealing, but I think I'll wait and see what some of you master builders put out before I change my mind on this set.

Not to say I don't understand LEGOs decision to make it and why, but I am a bit stubborn as of now when it comes to buying.

Interesting stuff all around! That new Sail Barge looks very promising.

I personally won't buy many of these, BUT I am glad they came out. This is a good oppurtunity for lego to make some extra money.

Sorry, we're trying to track down whether or not these are stolen images. In the meantime we're removing the links. We're also trying to lobby LEGO to give us more official pictures.

What impresses me is that the figures are based even the slightest bit on standard minifigs - I had assumed that there would be a plethora of new molds to the extent that there were no "true" minifig parts, like battle droids or something.

As ugly as the Sponge Bob minifigs are, the line does have useful pieces.
