WOW! I am grinning from ear to ear! This is a great custom! I love the way you got away from pure white by adding the shading, outstanding stuff sir.

Are the pauldrons paper? Stickers on your new pauldrons?

Wow... seriously, this is absolutely stunning. I bet TwoTonicKnight will be pleased ;)

I agree with the Blue Knight, the shading is wonderful. I don´t think I have seen anything like it before...

What are the hair and helmet pieces from? Are they MB parts?

Actually, the Great Helm, Sword, Hair and Shield are from the MCNStore.
The tunic, barding and shield design are my own (paper) designs.

Thanks for the comments!

Excellent, Armothe. I really like this guy. The shading is decidedly 'unLEGO' but very attractive. Not an insult, mind you -- I just generally don't like the more detailed look, but I really do like it with this one.

Looks great.

The helmet AND hair are from MCN-Store/Brickforge, found here:

(Armothe beat me to the punch on that one. . oh well)

Not really. Lamanda has a hairpiece that looks entirely different from that one. The fact that they are both hairpieces doesn't make them similar.

Anyway. . .

An interesting attempt at breaking up the rather static shape of the barding into a more flowing cloth piece. I'm not a "Lego-look only" type (though I do appreciate it when well-done), so I rather like it. Is the horse head-piece multi-part?

I'd like to see the banner formed into a more rippling shape, but again, I'm not the Lego-look purist. Not sure about the shading on the top of the shield, but the bottom works well. The shoulder pieces are great (pattern?). And, of course, all the new pieces look great, but if I may suggest some out-of-house sacrilege, I'd go with Jeff's swords, though the one you use compliments the color scheme.

Anyway, just beautiful.

This is a really great knight, armothe. I especially like the way the coat isn't pure white, it makes it much more realistic. The barding looks like cloth, instead of plastic, and everything else is great too. He sort of has a grim look about him, especially when he's wearing his helmet, and I like that. Keep up the great work!

Hmm, I'm not usually one to post to often in customs but I had to say that this is really nice. Can't really say more than that.

This is awesome. The combination of the decaling of the horse, torso, shield, and the head of the horse is oustanding.
