New gal on the block:

Post by KKsFig »

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty much here to support my sweety (hey Mike!!).
I've often read the posts over the years but never registered.

I'm not at all capable of building anything (other than stairs) without the instruction booklets...but I really like the looks of Lego Homes and Cafe Corner.

So that's my start.
Good luck with the contests!

HALT!!!
I hold this guard post against any intruders who would bear us harm, so declare yourself. I will hear your answer before you march any further through this land.

Juuuuust kidding. :Þ

Seriously though, you better start building. If you can type but you can't play with lego's something seems oddly backwards. I'm just hassling you though.

I bid thee a warm welcome! Come now, let us feast!

That would be myself, I know I haven't posted many mocs since joining up with you all but I have been posting here and there. Not to worry though as in short time pics of my current moc will start to appear. All courtesy of the encouragement of my Lady. And you can rest assured she has been helping out on my current MOC and will soon be responsible for the construction of a farm for the other half of the MOC.
well I would at least like to think that I'm evil...

Welcome to CC. It's great to have a new member- don't worry, you don't have to be a master builder to have fun building with LEGO.

awww thanks for the warm welcomes.

Maybe I'll post the first thing I try to build...although I must say I make a pretty mean spiral staircase.

Hmm, meaning you're ON a LEGO block?!?!

Alright, so bad joke, but I hope this welcome makes up for it...

WELCOME to CC!!! Hope to see some of those stairs soon!

Hello, and welcome to the Classic-Castle forums.

There is nothing wrong with a bit of support for your “sweety”, maybe now that there are two of you, you may get really involved in the postings and conversations that occur here. 8)

Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, but stairs are very important in the Lego world. So well done, and keep up the great work.

The LEGO hobby needs more women involved, so you get an extra-special welcome! It's also always nice to hear about a couple who builds together. :)
