I use Lugnet/Peeron to track my parts. Set numbers go into Lugnet and get downloaded into Peeron. PaB and Bricklink orders I enter manually into Peeron. The only difficulty is that, quite frequently, Peeron and Bricklink do not use the same part numbers for printed slopes, tiles and minifig parts.
