Re: Spoilers in the new LDD Universe Mode?
Just to clarify: Go here to unlock Universe mode- http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=40794 Universe mode is a tool that lets you use ALL of the bricks LEGO has made. I discovered the new bricks while playing with the LDD 4.0 Universe mode. Any other pictures of the new pieces would ...

Spoilers in the new LDD Universe Mode?
So, I recently downloaded LDD 4, and was playing with it when I noticed something odd; there were pieces that I had never seen before! Now, some of these might be just old pieces, but I saw: A wheelbarrow Some kind of short skeleton leg A long bone Spiky shoulder-guards A new type of dog New hair So...

New Harry Potter Sets and Castle
I recently read reviews on most of the new Harry Potter sets, and I realized that some of them could be used in Castle-building. I just wanted to know what sets you all think are the most Castle-friendly: Dobby's Release http://brickset.com/detail/?Set=4736-1 Quidditch Match http://brickset.com/deta...

Re: How do you efficiently clean your LEGOs?
Try this: 1. Grab a mixing bowl or similar vessel for holding water. 2. Fill the bowl about 1/2 full with warm water that is comfortable to put your hands in without burning. 3. Add a little mild dish washing soap. 4. Drop the troll in the bowl to soak for about three minutes. 5. Gently rub the san...

Re: How do you efficiently clean your LEGOs?
So, I recently found a 2008 Castle troll/ogre that had been buried in sand for, by my guess, about a year. It is coated in sand and I really want to clean it, but I don't know how to do this with the least amount of damage. Help!

Re: How do you efficiently clean your LEGOs?
This isn't really about cleaning, just a cautionary story:
When I was trying to do a Brickfilm, I put some tape on an old chrome knife. When I took the tape off, it had peeled away some of the chrome paint, leaving a cloudy white knife in its place. I now have to re-paint the knife.

Re: Second Kingdoms Wave?
I figure next year that if they introduce a 3rd faction it wouldn't be elves or forestmen they mainly wear browns or green and that seems to be the dragon factions colours. If Lego had planned to introduce a mainly green themed faction in the second year they wouldn't have chosen green as a main fa...

Re: Second Kingdoms Wave?
If the Forestmen return, who will be their counter? In the '07 line, we had Crownies and Skeletons, Dwarves and Trolls. There should be some kind of opponent for the Forestmen, IMHO.

I don't really do customization, but Bricklink and a pocketknife can probably get you what you want.
Just a suggestion.
