The Naboo and Gungans organize a great victory celebration on the streets of Theed, in front on the palace where Queen Amidala presents a gift of appreciation and friendship to Boss Nass and the Gungan people.

Obviously a beautiful build but castle? Still it is a tremendous inspiration that I take from it. The dark tan road is breathtaking. Great stuff here.

I just don't think Star Wars is very... Castle-y

Very impressive MOC, but I agree that it should be moved to General Lego.

Since the focus of this MOC is on architecture rather than space ships, I don't see why it shouldn't be appropriate in this section of the forum. If you weren't aware of the back story, when you see all the fantastical beasts and creatures, this scene actually has much more in common with scenes from Narnia and Oz than with pure science fiction.

It's a nice MOC, by the way. Looks like it took a tremendous effort.

Regarding the fitness of forums, I would like to quote myself from the last thread ACP put up in the MOCs forum:

Generally speaking, Star Wars MOCs belong in the General forum--but not on the simple basis of being Star Wars, but on the general basis of being not-Castle. That does not mean, however, that Star Wars MOCs are incapable of being Castle-ish, and there is a long-standing tradition of allowing ACPin's Theed MOCs on the grounds of being Castle-ish, and I (at least) see no need to change that.

The moral of the story--apart from the fact that not everyone has the same memory length here--is that in general it is for the Admins and their lowly servants the moderators to ensure that threads are correctly reposted. In the event that we don't catch a thread that needs moving, it would be more correct to PM us than to note in the thread that "it doesn't fit here."

Also, ACP, you've been doing these Star Wars dioramas as long as I remember being a member here, and they only improve as you gain experience and--I imagine this helps--more parts for your vast collection.
