Re: brick built beast...harpy...

I really like this! Quite a ingenious design. I tried to make a harpy minifigure once, didn't take me long to give up. But you did it perfectly.
How loose are the wings? Do they rattle around much?

Re: Questions on armoring spartans

Uhh... The breastplate is printed on the torso, and I think it represents the armor they had well. But if you wanted to put the armor piece on with the helmet it works fine. As for the color... I don't know, it seems to be brighter than PearlDkGold so I guess it is PearlGold. And I don't know anythi...

Man, your work is always so detailed! I love the color choice. The only thing is that he looks a bit thin in some spots.
Every time I go to the MOC forums I look for a new brick-built beast!

Re: Kingdoms rumor

Hey I just thought of something! What if TLG is going to make MMV and this rumored windmill set compatible like Green Grocer, Grand Emporium and Fire Brigade! Or something like that.
I know its a long shot but maybe Lego will wow us!

Re: Should TLG make a Medeval Sub Theme ?

I would sooner support Lego fleshing out its representation of the medieval world rather than going for a (random) specific structured theme. There is so much potential in the medieval world that Lego has never touched (Where are the windmills and bridges and ferrymen? Why have the forestmen disapp...

Good lord you just don't stop making awesome stuff do you? It seems to be very pose-able, especially the eye. Excellent job on the boulder shoulders, feet, claws, eye, everything! :D I have a pretty good idea of the size, but, it would be nice if you could post a size comparison again. *sniff* I wis...

Wow he's the perfect size isn't he? I like the heads alot.
The only thing is the paws, they look a bit to angular. However, I don't know what piece you could have used to make it better so, great job! 10/10! :D

Wow. Great use of the little dome piece and the lightsabers together! Makes a good effect. What piece is used for the trees? Don't think I've seen it before.
Keep on bricking as they say! :)

Re: Collectible Minifigures Series Two

WalMart has a different type of display case than other stores. I stumbled across this totally by accident at Walmart. I took a different route than usually to the Lego aisle, through housewares, and there it was on an end cap. Still $1.99, too. Wait, what? Housewares?! you mean like bowls and cutl...

Pretty cool and thats coming from a purist! I kinda like the metallic look, Actually I love the metallic look! Really good job! You should make some more colors! :D
TLG themselves could take some notes from this design, Samurai armor was normally painted from what I have seen.
