Yep, everything at my local TRU (Thousand Oaks, CA) was BOGO as well. The Amazon deal is only on $9.99 and $19.99 sets and you have to use an online couple. Not like the previous BOGO Amazon deals where you could load up on all the big sets.

I've been to about four Targets in my area and they all vary. My best deals have been on the 4757 Hogwarts Castle which I got for $40. Most of the Harry Potter stuff is a least 20% off and most of it is 50% off. The KK2 sets are starting to be discounted now as well.
