Can't help but look at it and see a special skeleton axe.

But that looks like what you intended anyway. Very fearsome.

And until then, you can use forestmen with long hair and Exo-force heads.

Oddly works.

That old one's still better than the one I built when I was 8.

But mine transformed. Sorta.

I'd send him an email, but there are no contact details on the page. Looks like he made it, then abandoned it.

The "Defender" would be different to the Dwarfs mining.

Beyond set number there's also the matter of release date. Dwarfs mining is essentially a preview set.

Really nice Tire swing there.

And that entire bit with the horse was a setup to show just how big your collection was, wasn't it. [/cynicism]

Oh, I was going to count the non- accesories parts into the set total anyway. I was more asking about the customisation.

Still, thanks!

Re: The C-C Create a Theme Contest -NEW PRIZE-

Hi. Just one question about the contest rules: [*]Custom elements are limited to minifig and animals, stickers, and minifig and animal accessories. Can this extend to standard parts that make up the figure's assembly? Essentially one figure requires a 3-stud long version of the 4l lightsaber bar on ...

Just thinking- this was found in an Australian catalogue, right? Australian catalogues are notorious for displaying prototype pictures as actual sets. An example is the 2005 knights kingdom II line. The Vladek's dark fortress was clearly a prototype, yet the picture remained unchanged well into 2006...

Oh, believe me- I thought the castle itself was great, fine MOC-work. It just could do with a little more to be a good theme.

Sorry if I seemed harsh. I was trying to think critically like an 8-year old who might get this set for christmas.

Mmm... As a Castle: Niice. As a Contest entry: possibly not as nice. The sets fit somewhat well into the total, but as individuals there's not much going for them, save the residence. Guarded wall- On its own would be rather unappealing. A standard wall with ladder. The TLC strategy is to package it...
