I just managed to stop in at TRU today but because of their INFLATED prices I didn't purchase any CK sets. However I am waiting for them to pop onto Amazon for some free shipping. I do not see any difference between these Senate Commandos -vs- that found in the Venator set... The helmet is blue with a painted black visor. Not that much different than the manner in which the (current) Clone Trooper helmets are designed. IMO, it looks like LEGO is just making these guys availab...

All I have to say is...

They are all awesome! I went and collected 1 of each from series 1.

However, I plan on making "armies" of certain ones.

Ninja, Cowboy, Native-American, and Woodsman.
