I suppose it would really depend on how the elves looked. I would want to see some design ideas before fully anwering, but I have always used forestmen as elves, so I think forestmen would squeak by with my vote.

Yah, I want to add minifigs, but LegoDD doesn't offer much. Is there a way to export the LDD file to LMCAD so I can add figs?
