First MOCs posted here

Post by Baggins »

Hi all,
I'm new here at CC and this is my first post, but I'm a registered member at MCN since almost one year (I registered after my 13th birthday  ).
I've built some vignettes and designed decals.
Here's my vignette folder:
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=192286
I know this isn't very much and not all vigs are medieval, but I like the
"cathedral window being made vig".
I hope you like it, too.
In a few days I'll probably post my CCC4 entries.
One is already complete.

Sorry, I'm german, so I've maybe made some spelling or grammar misstakes.

If you did I didn't notice them, you probably speak better English than me!

Great to have another member. Welcome to one of the best LEGO sites around!

Now to your building...

I very much like the cathedral VIG and the street vig is great, pretty gritty and realsitic if you ask me. You have great piece usage (i.e. the smoke and the tall antenna) I like them all though, including the soccer (futbol) ones. Thanks for sharing!

Welcome to CC! Your work is not unknown here, I know I have seen your cathedral window vig before (maybe it was on Bruce's blog since I can't seem to find a thread via the search). Glad to see a skilled builder such as yourself joining us here.

Thanks for your great feedback!
That's a nice community here, just like the one at MCN.

That's neat! Could you give me a link please?

Hi there, Baggins :) You have some great work there - I like the cathedral window vig & kurt cobain vig too (I'm glad the later turned out somewhat tamer than what I first anticipated lol). Anyways, welcome to CC :D

Greetings! Welcome to CC. It's nice to see more Tolkien fans around here. Also, nice vigs.

I love your vigs. I am glad that you have surfaced. Now the forum has another 13 year old. We stand few, against the hoards of AFOLs... Glad you could join. I particularly like the scaffolding (sp) on the stainglass window vig.

Welcome!

Hi guys,
here's a teaser pic for my first CCC4 entry. I think I can't enter this pic, because it's edited. That means I've to take some new pictures for the contest, but what you see is basically how it's going to look.

What do you think?
