Good landscaping. Even better stairs, they look very rickety and kind of pirate-y. I'm not real fond of the tower at the top, its too plain.

I agree here. The inverted BURPs work well, and I love the other guy chopping wood for the fire! That's a very nice detail.

Yep, I agree with the above posters. Beautiful landscaping, wonderful stairs, but mediocre tower. The fire is nice too.

I love the look of the rounding stairs. Very well done. The tower is unclimatic though.

I really like the inverted burps, very "floating rock." I also like the knights' heads on display on the tower, but agree the tower is a little disapointing. I am also not fond of the pony tail, I like it's use on samurais & other Eastern characters but it just doesn't do it for me here. I am a big fan of the use of chain on the stairs though, it doesn't look out of place at all, as it does in some other MOCs - I guess its the maritime aspect ;)

Spirals are hard to make. Whoever did this, obviously knows his legos well!

I like this Viking lookout. It is indeed a very fitting MOC for the Viking line. The work on the “cliff” using the inverted BURPs is quite clever, and it gives the MOC a kind of fantasy feeling. The stairs leading up to the wooden structure/tower are very well done. I must admit I like the simplicity of the wooden tower, as this is what gives it the Viking-esque appeal, I must disagree with my fellow members, but this structure works very well in this MOC. I would definitely say; Job well done!

I really like the way he did the stairs on this creation, especially the details he added, like the chain and the spikes.

I have to agree with everyone else about the Stairs. It's really a clever idea/design. Although, with the steps being so far apart... it looks like it's about to collapse. Is there a way to get a similar effect but with each stair step being closer together.

I think it looks rather good. It almost looks like the stairs were made for giants, kind of a mystery like the monoliths in ancient Greece. The chains are a good touch, too!
