I'm sure most of you use MLCad, I have to agree it is a useful tool. Or at least it was a useful tool until I booted my computer and re-installed it.
Now, it seem that whenever I download a model-whichever it is, is full of holes because my library of parts is not compete.
So I go the the LDraw site, and download ALL the parts in the complete updated version of the parts library. Still, there are holes on my models. Like the recently added CCC wall added on bricksonthebrain is missing all the wall parts because they aren't in my version, in spite of the fact that I just got all the necessary parts to date. Anyone know whats wrong?
Any suggestion would be much appreciated. I've tried deleting everything and reinstalling it, but it appears that there is something I am doing wrong, because the problem just comes back again.
Thanks
Dan
Ldraw update of parts....where are they going??!

I think you have to dowload all update they done.
The updates are not in the program.
Look on the ldraw.org site. I think it will fill your holes.
It could be also, because sometime there is change in number for some reason, between different update. That doesn't happen often, however. I think it's not the cause because you said it cause a lot of hole.
Hope it will help you.
