Post by Daria »

Since aquiring my new wealth of legos I wanted to take a second stab at the micro castle contest. Anyways this is what I came up with:

Awesome Daria. I like how you have used wheel's in the towers. I also like your usage of light blue to express shallow water/waves. Very nice work. :)

Cool, some really nice parts usage here like (as Micah said) the wheels in the towers & the hinge section looks nice as battlements, even if a little studdy. My one critisism would be that the landscaping under the castle needs tidying up, those gaps arn't working well in micro scale IMO. Nice work

Oh & one other piece of useful information, there is no plural of LEGO (ie: I have 1 LEGO brick / I have a huge amount of LEGO). :)

Very nice micro-castle. The rear battlements and shorescaping are nice touches. I'll echo DARKspawn's comments on the gaps under the castle. A few 1x1s (either round or square) would fill in nicely.

Good luck in the contest. :)

Looks nice. So how about making a minifig scale one?
