Darve Mining at Target?

Post by Thor »

How many of you are finding the Darves Minings at Targets? I am trying to decide if it's worth making a trip down into town tomorrow. The closest stores to me is a WalMart and they only have the regular castle.

You have time, Rick is full of crap. They're certainly not going to disappear before Christmas, Target nor LEGO would allow that.

Every Target i've gone to in the past couple of days had piles of them. It is one of their holiday specials this year. They are on an end cap separate from the lego aisle.

Keep in mind that the sets they had as holiday specials last year all made it to the after christmas clearance...

target's BF set is different from the $50 target exclusives. i don't think DM will be on sale until after christmas.

as for availability, before you go to the store, just check online at www.target.com . search for the set then click on the "find it at stores" button. it should tell you which store nearest your home has it in stock. save you from making needless trips.

Anyways, the closest one to me is in Jackson, MS and they did not have it, I had to order it from S@H (it was worth it though, especially if it came in at the cheapest shipping).

I spoke with the Target associate in charge of the toy dept at my local Target today. She informed me the Dwarves Mine set as well as the Tie Crawler set will not be carried over into 08 and that any remaining post Xmas will be immediately clearanced.
