#1. There is an edit button so you don't have to post more than once. Use it.
I'm Lazy :P
#2. Just because a set isn't in the dealer catalog doesn't mean it won't be available. Dealer catalogs do not a S@H make. Dealer catalogs list the sets that will be available to those who receive them. NOT what will be sold in the future everywhere. Many dealer catalogs are region specific.
who said the dealer Catalog is my source, sorry but its only one source i look at,and like you said it is not always reliable.
#3. There were a lot of sets not in the Christmas S@H catalog that are still on sale and going strong. Doesn't mean anything.
True but the Castle line is theme specific and should have been in the Catalog if being carried on,look at the past Catalogs on products which were in the Catalog and then vanish and see how long they lasted.
#4. You don't work for LEGO, stop acting like you do.

I wonder... Does this make you a reliable source of information, or just someone who wants to ruin it for everyone else?

actually around here i'm noticing the small sets and their shelf space starting to vanish from stores, mainly in Target, but that doesn't mean a thing, but when the sets vanished out of the LEGO Catalog that always portends an imminent doom for them
I noticed 13 crossbow attacks vanish from the shelf at my local Target, right before my very eyes, vanished from the shelf into my shopping cart. Hard to resist at 5 dollars a shot.

Dwarf Mine - backorders are being accepted at S@H for January 22nd.

Just in case you wanted to know.

In case you thought they were gone.

And were convinced it was never coming back.

And were trying to convince others it was never coming back.

Hahaha!

Nice to hear from a reliable source, or at least one who can check S@H! Thanks Tony!

by way of update, as of 9pm today the "add to shopping cart" button doesn't work on s@h and when i tried to order by phone i was told the product was no longer available and back orders were not being accepted, despite what the website says.

Well I think we can all agree that Even LEGO doesn't know what its selling anymore,as it goes in the past few months problems with orders and availability thru S@H has been erratic at best and not very reliable.

Lets all thank LEGO for closing their old distribution center and opening their new one and their new call center.

It doesn't work for me in Firefox or Netscape, but the add to cart button works for me in IE.

I've had many problems with S@H phone operators saying what the website or other LEGO officials have said. I would highly suggest calling customer service as opposed to the normal phone number to order backorders and special deals (like free shipping and discounted sets - the S@H website cannot combine the two).

Same here. No problem adding it to my cart in IE.

I am so tempted to buy another one of these. I have a $10 Lego gift card as well. I just built this set yesterday, and was very impressed with the selection of bricks that it comes with, and while building the Mine, was already scheming about the other things I could use the bricks for.

Once added to your wishlist, you can add it to your cart from there in Firefox...

Oh lovely. Now I can't add the the darn thing to my cart because LEGO's web programmers are lazy. *sigh* I can't believe there are still people out there coding specifically for IE.

Oh well. Better luck next time I guess.

Can't add to wish list or cart via Safari. No problem adding different items. Bug w/ this particular item listing apparently. Probably why its not sold out already :)

Try adding it using the catalog code feature. That's how I ordered mine using Safari and it supposedly shipped on Monday.

Thanks. I was actually planning to try that at some point, but it was good to hear it works.

I just placed my order a moment ago.
