Gold Minifig from Brickworld 2007?

Hello All,

Can anyone shed any light (or information) about this fantastic looking minifig from Brickworld 2007?

What I want to know is:
1. Who made it?
2. Is that real gold plating?
3. Or is it gold chrome plating?

Looks like Armothe's work. Probably part of BrickForge's new stuff -- he has tons of Chrome elements already on his BrickShelf -- so that's probably just gold chrome.
