Looks to be a nice one. Hopefully Lego will continue with these types of sets! :)

Now this is what LEGO City is supposed to be. I'm tired of all the policemen, firemen, doctors, I want buildings that are casually used not in emergencies. The downside on making more realalistic and better scaled buildings is that the piece count goes up, which in turn makes the price go up. 2352 bircks is about 235 US dollars, but I think it's worth it.

Mmmm...sand green.

I still have the other two to pick up first, but this looks awesome as well.

This looks absolutely stunning! Sand green, nice indeed! I like the use of the new windows in an interesting layout, and the "bay window" arrangement of the wedge-shaped protrusion on the building is beautiful!

The level of detail is astounding. This perhaps outdoes Café Corner!

I wonder what the detail at the back is? A fire escape?

This set gets a huge A+.
It will be a great addition to my Cafe Corner and Market Street.

Still waiting for pics of "10189 Taj Mahal" to come out.
Hopefully soon.

Here's my photo evaluation of this set:

Possibly a new hair piece, some decorative tiles (I think from the Viking sets), maybe new food pieces, and some star-shape decorative pieces I haven't seen before. Granted, I don't have the best vision so maybe you guys can look at the pic and figure it out!

Possibly a new hair piece,
maybe new food pieces,
I'd wager against new pieces. Since this is a factory set I don't think it will include new pieces. Isn't there some restriction on exclusives that they can't use new molds? The Cafe Corner and Market Street didn't have new parts, did they?

That set is amazing! By far the best of this series. I think the hair piece might be a Professor Umbridge hair piece.

I haven't picked up Cafe Corner or Market Street (I need to; maybe I'll buy them and call them an investment and keep them MISB and sell them back for $500 after they are no longer available), but this one looks like one I can't resist.
I need gray, and this has a big load of it.
I like green, this has lots.
Tiles. Nuf said.
Food, "

I hope this is around $70 USD! It seems like Cafe Corner was a bit steep :x well at least for my budget.

Wow!!! I figured Cafe Corner and Market Street weren't the only sets of this type we'd see but I'm still impressed. Keep these coming!

I suspect that there are no new molds. With these shop@home sets (from the UCS sets to the newer factory/creator styled sets) LEGO has used only existing molds. I can't think of many instances where a new brick has been produced for one of these sets. The hairpiece that you circled for example looks a bit like professor Umbridge's. It would be cool if it was a new mold, but I kind of doubt it. To keep this set under 10 cents a brick, I bet that no new bricks are going to be popping up here.

Huzzah!!! I saw the set, and immediately asked Erin if we could get it! That's how good it looks to me. I'm not a huge town guy, but these sets might jsut prove to be too tempting. I've ended up with the others, so why not just keep on with them? (oh, right that whole budget thing...)

Well, I suppose it's all a matter of what LEGO I want more. Does anyone know the piece count or price on this one?

It says 2352 pieces on the box ;) as for the price, I guess we'll have to wait...
