I know this isn't really a Classic-Castler's cup of soup, but it wasn't really mine either.
Anyway, this is for the Contest at the LEGO Military Flickr group.
This is meant to take place in WWII, but I probably made some glaring historical mistake.

Yes, this should be WW1. The fellows in the trench should be in some kind of firing position to repel the hordes.
Apart from those quibbles, everything about this scene is excellent. Colour choices evoke trench warfare, and the barbed wire is inspired.
