New Catergory
How come these Forums don't have a general discussion Forum? You know a Forum that doesn't have to be about lego. A Forum where you can just say whats on your mind, talk about stuff, and vent out your anger, grief, and frustation. So now to the point. Who thinks these Forums should get a catergory like that?

Luke,
The decision to not have an off-topic forum was very deliberately made and has been discussed multiple times in threads like this, this and this.

To me, the problem is that a general discussion forum would distract from what this board is meant to be about - Lego Castle. If you want to discuss Halo, or sports, or the Iraq war, or your favourite music, then either do it by private messaging or find a different forum where it's appropriate to talk about them. There are plenty of boards for those things, but only really a couple of boards for Lego Castle.
And as has been said, general discussion usually leads to controversy. I was on one board for ages and enjoyed it, but once I expressed my political views, I was pretty much kicked out. So it's best to keep away from those topics. Leave them to the forums designed for them.

No, I don't want one. That's one of the things that annoys me about FBTB.

Oh, one other thing to add, the Chat Room is always open and discussion ranges widely.

Don't worry about it too much, we all make mistakesLuke the Warrior wrote: Oh sorry, I didn't see those . I didn't know Classic-Castle had a chatroom, thanks.
I agree with Sir Kohran have said, and there's a couple of controversial threads from the past that can serve as reasons as to why this forum doesn't need an extra discussion section.

Ah, but those all discuss catagories. Luke is looking for a catergory, which I assume means we'd all discuss random stuff, but with a western accent.
And I a'reckon' y'all be right tickled to be havin' a place to jaw 'bouts stuff like that... Yee-Haw!

Good point Steve, come to think of it we don't have any catergories yet. Maybe we can start the first catergory sometmie soon and be the only forum on the world wide web with actual catergories. People will flock in from all over the world and we'll be making loads of money! Yeah all I need is all your bank account and PIN numbers and I can make it happen!
