I love ancient Rome too. I like how you used the black where the thatched roof is burning. However, I don't like how you used the crownie armor. This would look even better with the new Roman stuff from brickforge. Too bad it's not out yet  .

I like it. I was trying to figure out if they burned the place down or an enemy did and they are hunting him down.

Well, I think that is optional.

Very nice, its probably those are probably the best romans I've seen using standard pieces.

I actually thought the use of the crown armor was pretty effective, especially with those shoulder things undneath it.

I think the only thing different I would have done is to give the general yellow arms and brown shoulder pads instead of yellow ones.

That's a pretty good representation. The last guy doesn't look at all happy, though. :) I'm not entirely sold on the crownie armor either, but it's probably better than anything else.

Nice job.

God bless.

Those are some really nice Romans, I tried to make some Romans myself a while bake, but I was thinking a bit too hard. This proves that simple can be better.

I actually like the Crownie armor. It's probably the most Roman euro armor LEGO has. Overall these look really nice. Good purist approach.

Looks great. I am surprised how good the viking torsos look. They could almost be wearing phalerae. I also love the use of the chrome gold sun disk for the standard, that is brilliant! I think I may have to add one to my command group.

That's cool, i love romans too, and i have the lucky to live in Rome eheheh, one of the projects i have in mind is about building a roman city instead of a medieval one, but for now this is just a project.

About the armor, probably a plain grey armor, whit a laurel crown could the best solution, whit the time for making it :P.

Thanks guys! I'm so glad you like my MOC

The commanders armour is probably the worst part.
I will improve it next time.

Nice job! It would be good to see the commander with better armor though. Keep up the good work!
