Orc face decals altered

Post by Quickblade22 »

I got inspired and encouraged by Hound Knight to tinker with his awesome orc face decals in this thread Linky!

Here are 3 that I tried today:

I'm not sure what size they should be printed to, but I'd love to apply them to some figs. I hope the color matches. Let me know what you think, and credit goes to Hound Knight.

I really like these. Could you make a yellow version? I ahve hundreds (literally) of heads with non-castle faces (head sets, microphones and so on) that I don't want to paint. A yellow verison of these faces would work perfectly for me. I'd like to have a larger orc army to bring to BC08.

Sure, go ahead. I like when people use .....wait a minute. Is this a trick question?

Thanks! Do you want green, or the sand green as used on the official orcs?

I did some searching on BL and found that although alot of colors would be cool, it seems that only a few are practical. Sand blue and sand red would be hard to get for arms and hands. Tan and black, along with dark and light bley would be the best options.

I thought the added hair/sideburns would look cool. If you don't like it, I can change it. I'm not too thrilled with the 4th one, but I tried it anyway.

I hope this doesn't sound too naive but what kind of printer/papar set up are you using to make these? These are too cool to not use.
