Well, there's alot here to talk about, but I'll keep it short and simple.

You have a knack for parts combos! Good color choices, and alot of funny stuff in there too. Keep it up bro!!!

Yeah, there is a lot to talk about. Since you already know you did a good job, I'll point out my favorite part... the sand green and white combination. That looks amazing.

Only if they made a sand green helmet for the knight with the visor.

What does the guy third to last have for a shoulder guard.

The forces look neat. Love how you have created units and a 'look' for them. The Norse cavalry might be hte one I like the most.

That's a new piece included in the Clone Wars sets. I know it's in the Spider Droid set because I purchased one, but I'm not sure if it's in any others.

Great work on mixing rather unlikely pices to make castle figs. The use of some of the Star Wars heads and accessories shows how versetile some of these parts can be. If I must choose a favorite I'll go with this guy. Some kind of raider or assassin, I'm not sure, but the use of parts is genius.

The first bunch are my favorite. The dragon/sand green thing is cool. I haven't seen many groups of mostly sand green guys. Cool idea!

Nice job with the creation of all those minifigs. My favorite grouping was definitely Veryluai's army. The light green flag and arms used stand out in a great way. Otherwise I enjoyed the look of the Arabian army (I like the earthy colors of their garb, and is it just me or do their faces look similar to Cobra from G.I. Joe?). Nicely done...

All of these are awesome, but I especially like the entire second-to-last update (the one with the ninja), the scorpion wizard, the forestmen, and the lady.
