Sounds like somebody got a bunch of bristle blocks.

* Coming up with something really awesome at work (or some such place) only to get home and realize that the cool construction doesn' t really go together the way you imagined it to. Ah dang....
Or conversely:
* Coming up with a great idea for something only to sit down to build it and you forgot what it was you wanted to build.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

*People who care about where terms are corrent: Lego's, LEGO, Lego, or Legos. IT DOESN"T MATTER*

*When kids at my school ask me what i really want for christmas and when i say lego sets they call me a loser or a nerd and walk away to go tell their friends

*When my little sister comes in my room and makes all the minifigures in an MOC i currently have displayed transvestites

*When my mother throws away the box or instructions of a lego set that i really liked/ is discontinued

*When i get really close to having enough pieces to complete an MOC and then having to order some from bricklink and wait a week for those last couple pieces.
Without Lego this world would change for the worse...

I was really fortunate in this regard, as my friends all understood I was a little weird, and liked me anyway. :D They'd come over and hang out and invariably start building.

and the folks who put me down for being into Lego, well their opinion was like a fart in a tornado.. a little wisp of stink that really didn't matter.

As I get older people think it's awesome.

* When relatives ask you all the time, "Have they come out with any new LAY-GOES recently?" and you want to scream "No, you idiot, I tell you all the time they only come out in January and the Summer".

* When relatives refuse to buy you them for Christmas or your birthday because you're "too old for that sort of thing".

LOL I'm 27 and my Mom and Grandma always make fun of me when I ask for LEGOs. But at least they do get them for me. :D

Thank you! That's what they are!! Understandable that they'd confuse Bristle Blocks with Lego trees!

Wow we had those in kindergarten and I haven't seen them since. Unsuspectingly clicking this link wondering what bristle blocks were I suddenly had a million old memories rush up and down my head, that I forgot I had (the memories, not my head).
Between plotting to kill you all and chasing balls of yarn, I also build MOCs
