I remember reading somewhere online that if you go to an official legostore and they do not have a particular set that is supposed to be available at that time then they will order it for you and you do not have to pay for the shipping/handling fees. Is this true?
This is what happened to me:
I went to Legoland California and wanted to purchase the lego medieval village set, they didn't have any available. So am i able to order it through customer service online without paying the shipping fees? The shop in Legoland didn't know what this shop n' ship thing was so now im skeptical to whether its real or not.
Thanks

Thanks for the replies!
So i called up the Anaheim lego shop and asked about the medieval village set, and then about shop n' ship, and he said i could do it via the phone, so i ordered it and only paid the price of the set plus tax and they will ship it to me, so im excited, just a few more days!
Thanks
