To all,
Well, I've pretty much given up turning those square shields into Roman ones, they're just not wide enough (I think I will sculpt my own Roman shield instead). My next plan is to turn the them into a dwarven faction instead. Can someone help me out by posting a picture of a KK2 shield held by a fig with stubbies (KK2 are not available in the U.K. yet)? Many thanks.

Re: KK2 shields - requesting help
I don't have the time right now to take a picture, but I will later tonight if no one beats me to it.Red Bean wrote:To all,

If it helps, though, I can tell you this. A fig holding the it's arms at its side, holding the shield with the shield's back flush against the figs front, even with long legs, the shield prevents the fig from standing normally. The shield must be kept at an angle or held higher so that both of the fig's feet can touch the ground.
I can only assume a fig with stubbies and a KK2 shield will be forced to always hold it's arm outstretched, or hold the shield sideways, to hold a KK2 shield.

Ok I live in Belguim will the sets with these shields (KK2, I assume) come out here soon because I never even heard of them .
I thought you meant king Leo and his knights when you spoke about KK2 :S
Another option to hold the shield is to push a small stick between the shield and where the figure should hold the shield and make it hold the stick so the figure can hold the shield the way you want.

*And the bulls arrive in kk2*
Cedric the bull: "Hahaha Leo we're here to- wtf?"
*and the bulls see some happy knights bouncing at each other with carts*
Cedric (shocked): "I guess we got the wrong KK''
Bull soldier (frightened): "Lets go back"

Thanks Anthony,
They don't actually look too bad from the photos (or maybe I wasn't expecting too much in the first place). I'll see what I can do
And Sir Garth, welcome to the forum.
