Forgive me being a total noob, but is it that the one guy is wearing clothing/armor from a different era of LEGO production? And that's why he's starting the new trend? Sorry, I've been out of the loop for a long time. In that case, yes, very amusing. :-) 8)

I'm not quite sure if you're joking or not eilonwy, but in case you aren't:

Oh!!! No, I wasn't joking, I just am a bit dense at times. Thank you for clarifying. The helmet didn't look that abnormal, really; I thought it conceivable that it could be some castle helmet. Thank you for clarifying for me.

Going slightly off topic, how many else of you set up your figs to be left-handed?

Most of mine are usually right-handed, but i sometimes add a few left-handed for more diversity.

I try to make my figs who are in a set order be right handed, as if they had all been forced into being right handed, almost. But outside of that, I do make some minifigs left handed for diversity's sake.

But back on topic, loving this little vignette. I like the expression of the other guy the most, as if he was about to fall over in laughter. :)

wow I didn't expect so many to reply.
this is just something I fixed up in like 3 minutens when I finaly got all of the minifig collectables

and the first thing wich came to my thought is that the robot helmet has the same color as the kingdom era knights.
I dont have alot of knights of the kindgom era so thats why I had to pick two differant kind of guys..

he is left handed.. well that happend by accident.. althought my biggest hero/swordfighter is left handed to :P

It just goes to show that some of the simplest MOC's are the best. It's a funny idea. Nice MOC, by the way.
