5868 Sea Monster

Post by Peter de Yeule »

Hi everybody. I've built this sea monster with the bricks from the 5868 set ferocious creature. It's a good set to build dragons or other fantastic creatures. It's also always a challenge to build a MOC with only one set. I'm really proud of the snot jaw and the posability of this MOC. I think it looks more like a sea monster than a snake but hey, call it what you want but be careful while handling it, it bites.

This would make a great moat monster. :D I'm always impressed when someone can build something this nice using only pieces from one set; good work!

Hey this is a great one-set-MOC! It fits very well with the set.
Good job :D

Looks like an official set. Excellent work with the pose-ability of it!

Yes, I would second the notion that it would make a great moat monster, especially if it would just let its back fins break the surface as a warning. I understand that you wanted to just use the bricks from that set, but I would add some length and teeth for the mouth. Nice work.
