Fisherman's Cottage

It is about the village, called Catlievillage.

This is the first house in a number of buildings that will follow. The next building is in summer or autumn.

I really like the tree and the duck. The lower stone stone half looks a little to uneven but other wise its very nice :)

.P.S why is the water green :?

It looks pretty nice, though the picture is quite dark. Can you post a link to your Flickr? I'd like to take a closer look at the images! Your English is fine by the way... most foreigners underrate their English, as I do my German. :roll:

Water can be green! Perhaps it just has that kind of moss that spreads over the top (I've seen some so thick, it looked closer to grassland than water...), or it could have a lot of vegetation on the bottom, perhaps - especially so if it is still water. Lakes and ponds can accumulate vegetation and foliage debris, clouding the visibility of the water and changing the perception of its colour.

Moats are also great examples of this, being that besides a deterrent due to the hazards of sinking and drowning etc., the still water in moats would often become disease ridden (fecal matter amongst other things would be disposed of in such).

Really Great MOC! I love the vegetation outside. it adds a very wild touch to the scene. The house is great as well.

This is great, keep it up. I love the brickbuilt wildlife and the frame you made with the black 45 slopes. The pile of stuff on the side is a nice touch. I can't wait to see more.

I really like the level of detail going on here. The busy terrain, green water and unevenly cobbled lower walls really make this look like an old fishing cottage in the woods. Nicely done.
