I like it, but one little detail is nagging me. When you use those leaves on the big tree, it looks a little naked.

Good work on the tree. It was fun to see the forestman's face staring out at the crownies. Also good work on the different plants on the forest floor, it is nice to see so many different types, and especially the ones using the bases from the toystory armymen.

I disagree. I think those leaves are a necessary factor for a tree to be, well, big. The smaller leaves would contradict the rest of the build, and look a little silly. I do agree with you, however, that it looks a little naked; however, I would say that rather than using a new leaf type, just to use more of the same leaves. Good job, by the way.
If I were to make something out of LEGOs, I would probably use LEGOs. Pretty advanced stuff going on up in my head.
Yes, I agree that the leaves could be more thick, but the risk was that the forestmen in the housetree was invisible (there are 1 other forestman in the house and 1 over the roof but we can't see them because of the foliage. )
