Shmails made a good point, but I think I like the answers given. For example, my group - an anti-magic Templar order will probably HATE most of the rest of the faction - but I, the builder, will help my faction in anyway possible. My group would not fit in any other faction because they see themselves outside the law, and should answer to nobody. Maybe their leader secretly thinks he can conquer the magic isle or something... he is a rebel and an outsider, but is not technically an outlaw within the provinces because he doesn't break their laws. He even recruits like-minded bigots to join his cause from those provinces. (Disclaimer, I personally don't have anything against magic in the world, I just thought playing a drastically controversial figure would be fun.)
The story arch is going to be fun...
But what I was saying is that although my group won't be making any friendly MOCs with most of the other outlaws (and in fact may openly claim that they are going to try to kill them

) I still think that the outlaws will have a building community. We can still comment on each other's MOCs, make suggestions to get the faction points, and have a good time.
