LCC Local Outlaw Challenge - Lenfald Attack

This an entry in the LCC Outlaws Faction Local Contest.

After their rest, Groo and his men were tasked with an excusion North near Lenfald as a favor to Gortaine, King of the Bear Claw Clan. After finishing their work for the King, the men happened along a few travellers and decided to relieve them of their fine goods.

Unfortunately they were close enough to the Lenfald Gate to be noticed. The guards were alerted and the foot soldiers stormed out the gates.

Groo and his men smiled, raised their axes and ran towards the soldiers with one thought in mind.....destroy!

The wall looks great and the figs are very aesthetically positioned, great job and good luck in the contest (your invasion is futile, though )!

Seems some different facial expressions would better suit those being beheaded

Other than that, I like the fort. It feels Lenfel-ish, and the details above the doorway are simple but elegant. Seems like I just described your last MOC the same way. I guess you're consistent in impressing me!

Excellent fortifications! When I try to make wooden forts or walls they just suffer from big brown wall syndrome, but this is neat and varied. The beheadings are a nice idea too

Another superb build, I really like the contrast between the stone/brickwork at the bottom of the walls and the wooden part
