Morholt Keep

Post by Derfel Cadarn »

The first moc from chapter 2 of my Dark Isle Saga. I hope to do about 8 builds for this chapter as well as some mocs for the sub chapter.

Love the vegetation and the rustic feel of the landscape and buildings. I like how you use dark, earthy colors, it gives it a mysterious yet at the same time almost a homey feel.

I HATE YOU!!!! I have loved your MOCS, an have for some time. How many pieces are in this build? How old are you? How long have you been building? I use your builds as an inspireation. Which is why i havent finished anything, lol.

Great work an I cant wait for more.

Wow, these are incredible, inspiring, take your breath away type of builds here. You, good sir, are a true artist. It looks like you must spend a lot of time to build these mocs. Thank you for sharing these.

Thankyou

Not sure how many pieces are in this, but I do know I bought around 2000 of each piece used for the stone walls for this build, so there's a huge amount in just the walls alone.

You continue to set the standard for detailed castle building. We are very much looking forward to your entry into the CCC this year! I'm sure your entries will hold the same level of detail we have come to expect!

The wall detail is astounding, as always. This entire thing is so well planned and executed though.

Hi, thankyou all.

The base size is 80x80, which was the smallest I could go, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get much landscape in.

Wow! Another amazing design with such detail. The new Lego colors are being put to really good use here. Wish I had an eye for design like you.
