For the vignette, can we make it be 10x10 including a border?

Why?
The text clearly sais:

Vignette / Fig Scene – Max size 8x8 (including border) – 1 personal points / global points per entry

And a few people have already built and shown their vignette(s) - including me as well.
See it as a challenge that you only have 8x8 studs.

Oh, I just thought so because he said that we could make the restricted category be 34x34 including a border. I already built one with out a border, just wanted to know for future reference.

I hadn't clearly specified in the restricted category whether or not the max size of 32x32 included a border, so for this challenge I am allowing either.

The vignette category clearly states 8x8 including border, so we are sticking with that.

My first entry into the GCVI contest, this is my 8x8 entry.

War seems to be on the horizon and the the gaze of Eldak has noticed an opportune time to re emerge. How long hes been down is a mystery but the runes imprisoning the necromancer to his tomb have eroded with the sands of time. Busting the gates to his mausoleum he begins to awaken his undying minions; the march of the dead has begun.

Technical question regarding the unrestricted category: I assume that the shape of the base does not need to be rectangular... How do you determine the size in other cases (round, rounded rectangular-ish, etc).
Certainly, a 10x10 vignette with some 2x12 plates attached in all four cardinal directions would not make its size 34x34. What about a base that is greater or equal than 33 in the middle portion but less than the limit on the edges?

I'm not going to be too technical about it. If it has a dimension larger than 32 studs, it is too big for restricted and thus is unrestricted. If people are obviously working the system to earn more points (by attaching long plates to a vignette for example), they will be disqualified. Honest entries are fine.
