You've got a lot of really great building techniques in this one. The tilted stained glass, the SNOT tan tiles on the wall (which look awesome, btw), and the tricky combination of SNOT and studs-up construction that I saw in at least one spot in the arched doorway to the left of the Queen. The mosaic floor pattern is really cool, too.
Great job sneaking in a cameo of Bruce!
One thing I didn't care for was that a lot of the nobles were in full armor. I would like to see them in more comfortable attire, the King especially. I also didn't like that the two men-at-arms guarding the King and Queen didn't have matching helms. (of course, my quibbles are with the minifigures, right?

). The stained glass behind each seat in the noble's gallery was a nice touch. It let a lot of much-needed light into that section. I'm sure lighting that area was really difficult, but if there was a way to get a little more light in there, that would have been a slight improvement.
The loft with the scribes was pretty neat as well. I liked the stack of letters that the one scribe was carrying. Good idea there.
