Medieval street

Hi everyone

Here is a moc I made in april 2020 and finally post on my Flickr account. The idea was to build a medieval street surrounding by houses. The street is turning a bit to have a nicer effect and has some large steps to help me hide all the impossible angles it created... All the back buildings has an interior but im not too satisfied with it... On the back, from right to left, is a house, a bakery, a inn and a barrack, on the front are a stable and two small houses.

This is pretty cool. I especially like the lay-out of the MOC and all the passageways are awesome! By the looks you've got the new blacksmith (seeing the tan horse) I also like the interiors. I it's usually hard adding them for me. Thanks for sharing, this is inspiring!!!

Wow, great moc. I love the wooden structures they look very historical. And the brown rounded roof looks quite good, but tricky to build. How is it connected or is it just sitting there?

@Bishons : "seeing the tan horse" Haha I was sure someone would notice, I added it just before taking the pictures

@minoboys : "How is it connected or is it just sitting there?" It is actually connected, using the flexible tube technique but very fragile... I began the moc with the street and the white house, then the bakery next to the white house and then I discovered I have terrible severals angles to build the stables. As it's ok for the street to make it turn as it's flat, it's more complicated when it comes to walls and even worse when it comes to roof... Can't do it without flexible tube I guess

Wow! That's a really fascinating build. I like how you can turn it around to the back to play inside the buildings. How did you go about planning it out?

Thanks ^^ My only idea at the beginning was to do a narrow medieval street surrounded by houses, so I began with a piece of street and the white house to the right, then the bakery and the stable and, as it was fun to build, I just continue until the end of my lego table ^^;
The only big change was the barrack which was first a huge tower. But I didn't liked it so I changed it

Wow! This MOC is incredible. I like all of the different techniques you used on the buildings while still keeping the overall look consistent. The color scheme is delightfully muted.

I also saw the blacksmith minifigure that goes in the new blacksmith set.
This would have been cool for the Misc category of the CCCXVIII!
