I'm sorry, but this is a half-truth at best. If you read the first hand works of Hitler, such as Mein Kampf, or read his Table Talks, you will see that this assumption is myth. He states several times that he did not want to fight the British but rather ally himself with them (which is why there was never an attempt to invade England. Throughout the war he hoped that England would simply quit fighting because he had no interest in fighting against them).

Most British people are not nordic looking, and yet he felt that the Britons were among the finest people on the earth. This is a clear contradiction to your above statement.

Also, consider the fact that Germany allied itself with the Japanese, who weren't even white, much less have blonde hair and blue eyes. No, his "dream" was not to have a world of one people, but if you read his works more clearly, his goal was to "preserve the nordic races".

Of course, this is getting quite off topic. I just thought I should bring this to attention however, as anyone who reads a lot of history books knows that your above statement is myth.

I don't have a whole lot to add to the subject aside from restating the sentiment "Bullpoo."

This seems to be a college kid with a big mouth and too much time on his hands if you ask me. The newspaper has a very extensive contact page including a "Letter to the Editor" link and this clown's personal email for any who are interested.

I personally try to limit my encounters with simpletons as much as possible, so I won't be sending any emails. Some of you seem pretty hot about this one, so I say fire away and give this guy a dose of his own medicine. If you write him, be sure to give him a link to this forum.

Did any of you feel that the guy was being a little satirical? I thought his article was so outrageous that it was hilarious! I have never heard of the "The DoG Street Journal", but it seems to be more of a satirical newsletter.
I thought so, but sadly, in our "politically correct" world, one can often no longer distinguish satire from actual ranting. Whether this guy was trying to be a Swift or an idiot, he came across as the latter.

This is going way off topic, so I am going to lock this thread.

I believe we all disagree with what was written in the article.
