I know it's not the most exciting of sets, but just as an FYI it looks like WalMart is selling the 5994 - Catapult set for $0.97 in its own little polybag. Originally it only came in a LEGO Easter basket package this past year, if I remember correctly. I found mine in one of those vertical "clip" displays along with a couple little Racer sets.
It's too bad it doesn't come with a minifig; there were literally dozens upon dozens of the polybags lining the shelf.
It'd be neat to see how those wheels could be incorporated into a building design. Where did you find them in Wal-Mart's layout? Toys, near the front, special display...?
