Brickmaster Stuff...

Post by Chancellor Erik »

Well, it so happens I was one of many who thought that the Lego Brickmaster club (the kind of elite Lego Club if you will) would be worth while, so a few month ago I signed up. In the last few weeks, I was beginning to realise that I had got nothing better from the magazine, all the new sets were crappy, the magazine looked like it was designed by and for 8 year olds and the Digital Designer software was so limited you couldn't do anything worth while on it. However, today another one of my new sets arrived. I had expected it to be something like a Dino Attack preview set or something crappy like you'd expect from TLC at this low point in its history (but thats another topic, don't comment on this...). I was mildly surprised to open the little box to reveal not 1 but 3 KK2 mini bag sets: 5998; A shadow knight with an octagonal shield, halberd, Johnny Thunder's face and a black pointed helmet, the kind with the noseguard. 5999; One of Jayko's knights (the kind in the chess set) was in another bag, sporting baby blue crossbow and all. And 5994; a wierd catapult thing with a horse's mask in front and crank wheel on the side. So my question is: are these new sets? Has anyone else seen them before other than through brickmaster? And could these be pre-releases for a KK2 army builder line?

I think the magazine was designed for eight year-olds.
