You'll remember the castle talked about earlier this year in this post:

A german friend of mine informed me that "Schlafendrache" didn't quite make sense in german, and recommended a name change. So ... Drachenschlaf it is! The Castle of the Sleeping Dragon.

I finished the castle, and brought it to NWBrickCon 2005. I've updated the island with a new outpost and tower, modified and improved the manor, and several towers (including the "dinky little tower"

Castle made a much better showing at NWBC this year, with several outstanding medium-sized castles, and a fair number of smaller castle MOCs. I was really honoured to have Castle Drachenschlaf voted "Best in Show" by both the public, and my fellow AFOLs. Very cool!
