Huge castle built with MLcad
Here are the Links (and I hope it works, because the folder is not public yet):

Ok, it is not finished yet, but i am going to add some structures. The Buildings around the "Bergfried" (the Keep), you see, will be moved when the castle is finished.
Currently it is 115cm high 150(?)cm wide to both sides and i would have used about 12,000 bricks. I will give you the correct or updated data in inches, when i come back (tomorrow or sunday)
Structures to be added:
-inner shieldwall(?)
-outer shieldwall
doghouses+dovecot(?) built linked a Tower (I began working on it some hours ago)
-inner and outer Gatehouse
- ...and of course a drawbridge
So, what do you say?
btw. here s the the complete Folder(shall be public tomorrow): http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=1481305
and at last I apologize for my orthography.

It's an extremely well designed castle. The main keep looks really interesting and attractive. I'm looking forward for the additional buildings. However, the fact that it's designed in CAD takes away my "wow" factor away. I can't seem to get impressed when there isn't a solid building in front of me. Anyways, the castle is really good and keep it up.

Hi Koenig-Artus,
First up, welcome to CC. What a great way to introduce yourself. I really like the design of this one and would love to see it come to life in brick form someday.

First of all i have to thank you for the compliments.
Well I would like to build it with bricks, but i don't have enough or mainly space-parts, so i stay constructing virtually
I just refuse to buy ugly sets for bricks(especially when there is not much money), wich is the reason for the space parts...

No problem. Apparently you are not aware of Bricklink. It's a grand bazaar that has stores in it and you can buy individual pieces so you're not only stuck with buying sets for bricks

And also, welcome to Classic-Castle. I hope you enjoy this place.

Is there interior to the buildings? Or just the outside?

as you would not see it in the final image anyway, i thought, that i build model for the interior seperately (which would fit this time). because then i will have much better control(?) and would also save RAM.

Ooh, very cool. I like the way you've got the two levels on the interior. Quite nice!

Welcome, a beautiful MOC! I'd be a little concerned with all that black in a regular MOC but in your excellent rendering it's fine. So far the scale is good and the various heights of buildings are well balanced...
Keep up the great work and God Bless you,
Nathan

Forget BlockCad and Lego Digital Designer(although it is fun, too)

That looks great! I like Ldraw, not many castles are built that way, and the detail is great! Keep it up!

I Have been using Ldraw for a castle for quite a while. I know how difficult this kind of project can be, as a result I am very inpressed with this moc. I think that my favorites are all the little details on the keep. I can't imagine how long it takes to load this project each time you open LDraw. Very Nice. Keep it up and welcome to CC

I needed one week for the keep and 1 to 2 day for each of the other submodels...
btw: there is another shot of the castle at BS:
