The executioner placed his hand on the lever and gripped it tight. This is it... thought Reno I'm gonna die... he closed his eyes, wait for the floor to drop way from his feat and to have the rope tighten around his neck.


But the moment never came. Before the ulgy brute in black could pull the lever back an arrow spun from nowhere and buried itself in his chest, killing him instantly.

Bjarn was here.

Willem was the first to make it over the wall, As he went over on the castle guards was standing there looking down in the court yard. Willem quickly disposed on the guard with a slash to the throat, no need for him to alert anyone else. Graygon made it over the wall the same time that the guard hit the floor, he quickly surveyed the court yard. Graygon saw his two friends, both with a noose around their necks, and the executioner reaching for the lever. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Willem grab his bow, but before he could fire a shot, and arrow buried itself deep in the masked executioner's chest. At that moment all megablocks broke loose, screams of excitement turned to horror as the big brute fell in to the crowd.

Willem and Graygon, both with bows in hand started picking off guards one by one as they tried to reach Bjarn as he was fighting his way to Aros and Reno. The king had vacated the balcony where he was standing, and in his place archers had began their attack. Willem fired upon them after they began firing at Bjarn. Willem had caught them off guard and was easily dispatching them, while Graygon was advancing to the court yard to help his friends.

Sweat trikled down Reno's brow, he was going to die. An arrow shot through the sky and imbeded itself in the executioners chest. The killer fell to the ground, and Aros looked up to see Bjarn fighting off a group of rainbow knights. Up on the walls were Willem and Graygon bow in hands firing down upon the guards, they were providing support for Bjarn. A guard was at the lever and was about to pull it, but an arrow found his back. The guard fell, onto the lever. The lever fell and the trapdoor opened and the noose began its work in choking Aros and Reno. Willem now directed his bow at Reno and let loose an arrow, it sliced the rope and let Reno falll to the ground, willem did the same to Aros.

Bjarn saw Reno and Aros fall through the trapdoor with the nooses wrapped around their necks, but before he could aid them Willem had fired his own arrows expertly through the nooses, severing the rope.

Kicking the last guard off the wall, Bjarn ran along the parapit and fought his way down the stairs and into the melee. None of the spectators were armed and Bjarn was soon at Reno's side. Thrusting his hatchet into Reno's hand, Bjarn turned and helped Aros up. Willem and Graygon ran to help, but suddenly the tide turned. Before any of the misfits could reacted, two score crossbowmen mounted the walls and fires arrows at the five crowed figures. Reno was hit twice both in his right arm, while his brother Aros was shot in the leg. Willem also recieved an arrow in the leg, but his chainmail deflected three other aimed at his chest. Graygon was pined to the platform as an arrow passed through his hand into the wood, while Bjarn gasped in pain as his left ear was shot off and another arrow entered his foot.

Claspeding his hand to his bleeding stump, Bjarn thought sadly You can't win everytime...

Drakko and Lord Barbod look at the distant castle in front of them.

"How do you suppose we get in?" asked Drakko.
"Simple. Through the front door, of course!" Lord Barbod answered.
"I like your style", Drakko said feeling excited for more actions.

When they reached the front door, two guards stopped them. Before the guards could asked any questions, Lord Barbod gave one of the guards a punch while Drakko slashed the other with his mighty sword.

Soon more guards came and the duo fought their way through, in order to save their captured friends.

The tide of the battle had now turned. Reno grabbed his sword from Bjarn, and cut all the arrows from him, with an occasional gasp. All Megablocks had broken loose, and civillians were running around screaming. Barbod and Drakko were in the distance, running towards the misfits, they were fighting off the guards.

Up on the balcony, stood Faolan, the assasin. He was watching as the chaos continued, he saw the bull king, and vaulted down to the ground.

"BARBOD THE BULL!!" Faolan shouted "MEET YOUR FATE!!" and Faolan charged Barbod. The misfits tried to provide support, but, there hands were full with the ever advancing gurads and knights.....

Blood was pour from Bjarn stump of an ear, and he felt extremly dizzy. Must stand up...must fight... Blackness enveloped him, and he fell to the ground.


Willem saw his freind go down and limped over to the defeated Bjarn. Before he could reach him however, another arrow slamming into Willem's leg and he fell.

The Assasin and Lord Barbod were hacking at each other with such violence they were oblivious to everything around them.

Reno despertly tried to stem the tide of soldiers, but soon even he was overrun...

Reno, Bjarn, willem, and Drakko and Aros woke, they were in a large dungeon. Webs covered the walls and chains. Reno felt his throbbing leg and realized it had been crudly wrapped in a bandage. HGe woke the rest of his friends.

An hour later all the misfits were awake, we all have to loose sometime Reno thought to himself. The group could not escape, so they sat there talking about past adventures.

While they were talking, Reno was looking at the wounds of the group and redressing them and easing the pian a little.

Sitting in the dungeon they all pondered their fate, 'will this be the end?' 'we have come so far, and to end like this...it can't be.' the thoughts were racing through everyone's head. As everyone became aware to their surroundings, they all realized and said "where is Graygon and Barbod?" A bit of confusion started, but before they could think of anything the guards came to check on them. The guard addressed them "So anymore of your scum wandering around our forest?" "Tell us and we may make your death's quick." The guard laughed as he threw their food in the cell. "You're quite the funny guy." Drakko said as he charged the bars reaching for the guard, but failing as the guard backed away. "Ah a bit of fight still in you." "Maybe you all need your megablocks kicked again." The guard said as he strolled away. The group ate, knowing that they would need all the strength they could gain if they were going to try and get out of this. If only their other two friends were here, they would feel a lot better trying to figure a way out of this.

Hours have now passed, the group has gotten a bit more comfortable for what little they have. When a slam comes across the bars of the cell, it was Graygon, beaten and battered to the point the guards had to carry him. "What is the point of beating him? He was already wounded wasn't he?" Reno yelled at the guards. One of the guards yelled back "shut your mouth unless you want some of the same." There were a lot more guards this time, "I guess they want to make sure we don't try anything." Willem said as the group backed away from the cell's door. There were archers and swordsmen that accompanied the guards that had thrown Graygon in to the cell. Locking the door the guards walked away laughing, as the group rushed to check on Graygon. "He is alive, but barely." Reno said, "Why would they beat Graygon like this?" Aros asked. "We will have to wait till Graygon wakes till we can find that out." Drakko said as he grabbed some water to help clean Graygon up. "Now if only we new how Barbod was doing we may be able to start figuring something out, but till them we should just try to get back to fighting form. Bjarn announced.

After getting Graygon cleaned up they leaned him in the corner, then decided that they should have a watch going just in case the guards try and take someone out to do the same to them. Everyone agreed, with that Willem took the first watch. Staying awake and keeping an eye on the group, 'This is going to be a hard fight out of this one, I only hope we can summon the the power to do it.' he thought.

Aros was on watch.

Bjarn was sitting by himself, deep in his thoughts. We're wounded, half-staved, beaten up, and inprisoned. This is the end of the line, Bjarn.

Bjarn gingerly touched the spot where his left ear had been. He would be half-deaf until he died. He slamed his fist against the wall in frustration.

The noice caught the attention of Reno, he crawled over. He didn't say anything at first, he knew what was going on in the old man's mind.

Presently Bjarn said "You're lucky Reno, you've fulfilled your quest. You've succeeded."

Reno asked "How?"

Bjarn glared and replied "You have found your brother, you have a family now. You acomplished what you had set out to do."

"But I haven't discovered the mystery of the two penants!"

Bjarn shook his head. "That doesn't matter. Family is the most important thing you can have. You never know how much they were to you until....you've lost them..."

Aros stirred "They're coming back!"

Aros sat looking at the door, footsteps were beggining to be heard. A guard came to the door "So who wants to be tortured!!" a guard said, he had a large whip in his hand. He obviously did not meean it as he walked off. "I wonder how Barbods doing..." Drakko asked. "How we gonna get out of here?" Bjarn said "theres gotta be a way!" Graygon replied, and he pulled himself of the ground and limped over towards rhe door. He looked around and saw a lot of cells, all filled with people. Gragon sta down a gain. "Theres no way, guards are everywhere...." The group sat pondering there fate....

Barbod stood at the far side of a large arina. Why would the asassin set up a large match like thisBarbod pondered, turning his spear in his hands. It matters not. Here and now the asassin will pay. The crowds looked down at the two fighters, placing their bets and screaming with joy.
"Ready! And Begin!" A Man from the side lines screamed at the fighters. Barbod began his charge, and stabbed at his foe with all his might, but Faolan simply sidesteped. Barbod swong his spear to the side, but again, the asassin hardly moved at all to avoid it. Faolan Swept the legs out from under Barbod, and jumped back away from the fallen man. Barbod slowly staggered up. Again barbod charged, but at the last seconed he knelt down and blunt-ended Faolan with his spear, knocking him to the ground. Barbod stood up, listening to the cheer of the crowd. The assasin stood up quickly. Faolan charged, the only injury he had was a brused ego. Barbod knelt down, but was hit in the face by the sheild of his foe. Barbod rolled backwords and stood up. More cheers. Barbod threw his sheild to the ground. It only slowed him down. He took off his cape, and it blew out of the arina and down a corridor. Barbod threw back his head and exploded towards his foe, catching him with the side of his spear, and then tore the blunt-end into the stomache of Faolan. Faolan tore his sword up the body of barbod, once again sending him rolling backwords.
"No man defeats me...."Barbod began "I am Barbod.." He took at deep breath and shouted at the top of his lungs, "I AM THE BULL!!!"

Daner had been travelling for days and days. He had fought off wild animals, hunted for food. Daner sat down and took a drink from his flask.
Daner dropped his flask. He just had a vision. A cow, no a bull, and a man were fighting under a rainbow. His mind focused on a small prison, people were wrongly imprisoned there.

An hour later, Daner was back on the road. It was beggining to get dark, so Daner had a look at his map, he would walk to the nearest town, Morcia, and find a place to stay for the night.

The group morned for there dead comrade. The group were at there hideout in the Black Knight isles. Why? Why did he have to die?
"Sir, Black Knights a conducting a search of all the wearhouses in this area... they are 2 doors away..." Donkey said to jones. Jones jumped up and drew his dual swords, he was gonna get revenge for the death of his close friend, by facing them all head on. Mushofio held Jones "You cant! they will kill you, we will avenge Koilo, but not like this!" Mushofio, the oldest of the group whispered at Jones. Everybody drew there weapons and hid, they were gonna ambush the troops. It was 30 mins before they got to the Hideout, they knocked on the door, and then kicked it through. All the ' Dark Lights ' watched Jones for the signal. Until he swung his arm down. The group acted. They leaped out at the Knights, and in ten seconds, it was over. The group took all the money the knights had, and escaped town.

The rest of the group were stuck in the cell.

"I have a plan", said Drakko.
"What do have in mind?" asked Bjarn.
"We need a diversion", answered Drakko.
"Listen...", said Graygon.
"Why?" Bjarn asked.
"There lesser noise than before coming from the guards. I bet the rest of them have gone while only a few are on duty", Graygon answered.

Suddenly, Drakko grabs Graygon's neck tying to strangle him. A scuffle broke. The noise attracted the attention of the two guards on duty. They came barging in and tried to stop the commotion. When the opportunity came, Bjarn and the rest grabbed one of the guards while Drakko and Graygon subdued the other. They were able to escape from their cell. But all of them wonder how are they going to get pass the other guards.
