Access to BrickShelf

Post by Cat »

Can someone help on how to establish a Brickshelf user account? I signed up for one a few weeks ago and have been unable to log-in. I have also not received any response to creating the account or follow-up emails I sent. Is there a standard lag time when a new account is created?

Hey,

I'm going to move this to LEGO, where it would be more appropriate.

In general I would just urge a little patience. You can also send an e-mail to support@brickshelf.com They're usually pretty good about things.

Since I see you already posted a MOC, it seems your Brickshelf problems have been solved. I'll go ahead and lock this.
