I saw one a few weeks ago, very similar to that one, but I think it was blue. I meant to post it, oops! Nice find. Now, to have someone use it in a MOC for some good purpose... Hmmm....

I have seen a few iterations of this. There are some for sale (by Ash I believe) on Bricklink as well.
Look in: buy - items for sale - unsorted lots for sale
I wish I had time to build one - looks great.
