Black ninja armor

Yesterday, I purchased a black ninja armor (used) from a BL store for $6.50. This looked like a prety good deal considering that the only other option was $10.80 and the price guide showed one selling for around $3.00. What do you guys think? Would you have bought it?

In what condition was it?

Looking down one post-
For me, I would have asked the seller for a picture of the peice, but that sounds like a good deal even if it''s not top-quality. Now, if it had been chewed up by a dog or *ahem* little brother; I wouldn't get it, but in moderate condition, sure.
