What, I didn't reply to this!? Oh well. Anyway, great figs Dunechaser. My favorites as figs themselves would be Boromir and Theoden, and my favorites as representations of the characters (what I'd imagine them to look like) are Wormtongue and the Haradrim.
Oh, and Danju, CAI has a great Bombadil.

Danju, I haven't worked my way through all the characters yet, and as smcginnis says, CAI does a great job with Tom (along with Radagast the Brown, whose legs are awesome).
I do need to go beyond the characters in the movies, because I'm a LOTR book fan at heart -- it's just easier to build stuff with existing reference pictures.
