I was reluctant about buying this set at this price, and from what I can see..I hope they drop to 25$ so I can buy more. The set is great, NOTHING is glued, not even the board. You get a good selection of minifigs, that are found in the other more expensive sets. My advice pick one up before they're gone.

I broke down and ordered one when buying some of the Castle battle packs. I didn't want to miss this either, but I had purchased some of the Viking chess set. I can't wait for the super chess set.

Mine had a very slight amount of glue holding the 4X4 plates on the board. It looked like they had brushed on a tiny thin film of glue between each row of studs.
