all time fave

Post by Jennifer »

OK, customs, I have plenty. Could not even choose.

But my all time favorite - (and those of you who have known me for awhile know this already) - My all time favorite official fig is Darth Vader. I just thought he was the coolest thing ever when I first saw him, and I hear the Imperial March in my head every time I look at him.

yah, that imperial march is stuck in my head too.
My fav fig has got to be my sigfig
but officially, the black falcon spearsman,
and this guy http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/swrun ... inja10.jpg,
and this guy http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/swrun ... cas-11.jpg
both images are pictures taken by Scott W Runyan. Credit goes to him.
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=44574-this one is Anthony's, which I printed out (with the torso sticker) and made a copy of that fig with, except he has a visored helmet. He isn't my fav, but he's extremely close, very simplistic and some other word I cant put my finger on. Stands on my desk to distract me from my homework.

There are several knights that fit that description, IMO the best one comes with 6009.

I'm sorry my favourite official minifig is the MOUNTED BLACK FALCON KNIGHT from the set 6059. He's my favourite Knight for two reasons, first because the Black Falcons are my favourite sub theme and kind of kingdom.Second the knight has all the stuff for a perfect knight.

My fav knight is the Black Knight with the yellow plumes from the 6086. Great armour and the horse-barding is great too. My second is the Black Knight from 6009.

Favorite minfig? I'll have to go with Timmy.
Just kidding....
Let's see, my favorite official minifigs are as follows:
Image
Captain Redbeard, because he was one of the first figs I remember playing with,
Image
Majisto, because he is so cool, and I always wanted him. (and recently purchased him on BL. :)),
Image
And...Achu, who just looks cool, despite his awful name.

My all-time favorites are the Black Falcons (any of them), followed by Majisto, because I've always been into the Merlin/King Arthur thing (I'm not even sure where I got him... I've had him for years but never owned a set that he was in!). I also like the king from the original Knights' Kingdom, because I think he kind of looks like Sean Connery.

I´ve always liked Majisto. Don´t know why, maybe because Majisto´s shop was my first CC set.

Well, I didn't revive this mouldering corpse of a dead thread, but I might as well add to it since I wasn't around back in those days ;)

To me it's a woman (discussion was on here before I can remember) with a lot of courage. Kind of like Xena without the idiotic outfit and lipgloss :D
I agree- this fig is definitely a woman! I wasn't pleased that with so many knights and other minifigs, The Royal Knights line didn't have a princess of their own, yet there were only three Dark Forest sets and two of these featured this "gender ambiguous" minifig.

I liked her so much, I bought multiples of 6024 Bandit Ambush and 6079 Dark Forest Fortress just to have some more female minifigs!

Majisto has been demoted and replaced by Queen Leona/Blacksmith's Wife as my favorite (now I just need to find her replacement since I've traded her away).

It was good this thread got revived. Anyways my favorite minfig at the moment is the white ninja princess. Mostly because she is hard to get, I like the challenge of having to find a good deal.
